We have been working with the Infrastructure and Projects Authority (IPA) to help develop ‘How to’ guidance that corresponds with the Project Delivery Functional Standard. The Project Delivery Functional Standard is a reference for all government departments and arm’s length bodies, and is designed to be applicable to all types of government projects.

 

Our work has been led by Robert Buttrick, lead author of the Standard itself. We were also commissioned to develop a 'Standards Assessment Framework' to help ensure government departments follow a common framework that is suitable for their organisation.
