We were brought in to spur on the review and development of key documentation for the Information Security Operations team. These documents would form part of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for this global provider of equity, fixed income, hedge fund stock market indexes, and multi-asset portfolio analysis tools.

 

We worked closely with MSCI's senior management team to understand the current process and review existing policies and procedures - to improve them going forward whilst maintaining compliance with corporate and regulatory controls.

 

Our team validated and gained consensus with the globally dispersed teams and provided recommendations to move forward.
