Our specialist team were commissioned to review and identify any cost savings available to Moorfields through overpayment of Public Dividend Capital. Working closely with the project sponsor and the management team we delivered a report to the Board which clearly identified real savings that were recoverable by the Trust.

 

We worked on a risk and reward basis; we only got paid if we found savings. This gave our client comfort and demonstrated value for money as we found significant savings as part of our financial and commercial review.
