Working for the CEO, we were appointed to manage one of the biggest programmes in the history of the company. We led a full-scale transformation programme that launched two brands for Sainsburys Bank and Argos Financial Services respectively. The programme also involved migrating the backbook pet insurance businesses from Allianz and RSA to Cardif Pinnacle.

The flagship products and services were launched on the exact day that was promised to BNP Paribas shareholders 12 months earlier and included cutting edge digital technology that enables dynamic pricing, customer self servicing and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

 

The digital operating model we helped deliver drives process efficiencies and increased profit margins for both BNP Paribas and the Introducers – Sainsbury’s Bank and Argos Financial Services.
