We were hired to assess the current operating model for managing end to end investment in Change from portfolio definition to managing delivery, across the UK entity. We developed options for a “to-be” blueprint operating model design, along with considerations and a recommendation based on our real-world experience.
We also conducted an end-to-end change maturity review (using P3M3®) to highlight the effectiveness of our client’s processes. Our report and recommendation included a roadmap depicting logical delivery sequencing and recommended intermediate stages to end state.

We were subsequently asked to assess the 'Project Heathcheck Review' process to provide an expert and independent view of its effectiveness and how it stands up to good practice - as per our work with the APM and AXELOS.
